FitRally
Child Safety Standards
Last updated 15 October 2026
FitRally has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). These standards apply to the FitRally app, including circles, chats, friends and everything people share with each other.
What is prohibited
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, including drawn, edited or AI-generated material.
- Grooming, sexualising minors, or sexual contact or conversation with anyone under 18.
- Sextortion, trafficking, or any other exploitation of children.
- Sharing, asking for, or linking to any of the above.
Age
FitRally is for people aged 13 and over; users under 18 need a parent's or guardian's permission. The app checks the date of birth when it is set, and we close accounts of children under 13 when we learn about them. Circles are private groups that people join only with an invite code, and progress photos are never shared with other users.
How to report
- In the app: press and hold a message, or open the person, and tap Report. You can block them at the same time.
- By email: write to [email protected] with as much detail as you can (who, which circle, when). Please do not send us the images themselves.
- If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police or emergency services first.
What we do
- We review CSAE reports as our top priority.
- We remove the content, close the accounts involved, and keep them from coming back.
- We report CSAM and child exploitation to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement in Bangladesh and in the country concerned, as the law requires, and preserve the evidence they need.
- We cooperate with law enforcement requests that follow the law.
Compliance
FitRally complies with the child safety laws that apply to it, including the laws of Bangladesh, and with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.
