How do I cancel my subscription?

Google Play subscriptions: open the Google Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, Subscriptions, FitRally, Cancel. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. bKash payments are one-off and never renew, so there's nothing to cancel.

Why is the price different from my friend's?

Prices depend on your country, and student or work prices may apply when they're offered. The app always shows your price before you pay.

I was charged but my plan didn't change.

Open the app with an internet connection and wait a minute. If it still hasn't changed, email [email protected] with your payment receipt (the Google Play order number or the bKash payment ID).

How do I get a copy of my data?

In the app: Profile, Export my data. It's free on every plan.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Profile, Account, Delete account. Without the app, see Delete your account.

What does the AI coach know about me, and can I turn it off?

Profile, Coach memory shows what it remembers, and you can delete any of it. To keep your personal data out of the coach's answers, turn off Personalised AI coaching in Profile, Your data & AI. See our Privacy Policy.

Using the app

Steps or workouts from my watch don't show up.

On Android, FitRally reads them from Health Connect. Open Health Connect in your phone's settings, check that your watch's app writes to it, and that FitRally is allowed to read steps and exercise.

GPS recording stops or the distance looks wrong.

Allow location for FitRally, turn off battery saving for the app while you record, and start outside, away from tall buildings, once the app shows GPS ready.

The calories from a meal photo look off.

Photo scans are estimates. Before logging, change the grams or the oil, or swap an item for a food from your list; the next scan offers the corrections you made.
