FitRally
Community Guidelines
Last updated 15 October 2026
Circles, chats and friends are there to help each other eat well and move more. These rules apply to everything you share with other people in FitRally: messages, check-ins, challenges, names, photos and profile pictures.
Be kind and supportive
Encourage, don't shame. Bodies, goals and starting points are different. No comments on anyone's weight, body or food that are meant to hurt.
Not allowed
- Harassment, bullying, threats, or targeting someone again and again.
- Hate: attacking people for their race, ethnicity, religion, caste, nationality, gender, sexuality or disability.
- Sexual content or nudity, and any sexual content involving minors (see Child Safety Standards).
- Promoting self-harm, eating disorders or dangerous weight loss, such as starving, purging or extreme dehydration.
- Dangerous health claims, or selling or promoting drugs, steroids or unsafe supplements.
- Violence, or content that encourages illegal activity.
- Spam, scams, advertising, or asking people for money or personal details.
- Pretending to be someone else, or sharing another person's private information or photos without consent.
Blocking and reporting
- Block a person from one of their messages or their profile.
- Report a person or a message in the app (press and hold a message, or open the person and tap Report). You can block them at the same time.
- You can leave any circle at any time.
Our team reviews every report. Depending on what happened we may remove content, warn the person, suspend their account for a time, or close it.
If someone is in danger
If you think someone is at immediate risk, contact your local emergency services first. You can also email [email protected].
Appeals
If your content was removed or your account was suspended and you think we got it wrong, email [email protected] from your account's email address and we will look at it again.
