Delete your account

Delete it in the app

1. Open FitRally and sign in.
2. Go to Profile, then Account, and tap Delete account.
3. Read what will be deleted, type DELETE to confirm, and tap Delete my account.

Your account is deleted straight away and the app signs you out.

Ask us without the app

If you no longer have the app, email [email protected] from the email address of your FitRally account, with the subject "Delete my FitRally account". To protect your account we may ask you to confirm the request. We delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner, and email you when it's done.

What is deleted

• Your account and profile, including health conditions, allergies and goals.
• Your food, workout, weight, sleep and other logs, recipes and meal plans.
• Your progress photos in the cloud backup, and your profile picture.
• Your coach chats and everything the coach remembers about you.
• Your friends, circle memberships, check-ins and shares.
• Your plan and payment records, including any paid time left on your plan.
• When you delete in the app: everything FitRally keeps on that phone, photos included.

What is kept, and for how long

• Messages you sent in circle chats stay for the other members, without your name.
• Our database backups keep a copy for up to 14 days before they are replaced.
• Server logs, which include IP addresses, are deleted after 14 days.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in the Google Play Store (Payments & subscriptions, Subscriptions) so you are not charged again. bKash payments are one-off and never renew.

Delete some data and keep your account

• Delete single diary entries, workouts, weigh-ins or photos where you see them.
• Delete a coach chat from the chat's menu (Delete this chat), and coach memories in Profile, Coach memory.
• Turn off progress photo backup, or Personalised AI coaching in Profile, Your data & AI.
